Publisher Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a publisher on the Verity Ads platform, you ("Publisher") agree to these Publisher Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

2. Publisher Eligibility

To participate in the Verity Ads publisher program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Own or have authorization to monetize the submitted website(s) or app(s)
• Operate a website or app with legitimate, verifiable human traffic
• Agree to and comply with all Verity Ads policies
• Maintain accurate account information including tax and payment details

3. Site Approval and Review

All publisher sites are subject to review and approval by Verity Ads. Approval is at Verity Ads' discretion based on traffic quality, content compliance, and platform standards. Approved sites are subject to ongoing monitoring. Sites found to be non-compliant may be suspended or removed from the network without prior notice.

4. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher, you agree to:

• Only place Verity Ads ad code on websites you own or are authorized to monetize
• Not engage in artificial traffic inflation, click fraud, or any form of invalid traffic generation
• Not manipulate ad impressions through iframes, auto-refreshes, or hidden placements
• Not click on ads displayed on your own properties
• Not use incentivized traffic or traffic exchange schemes to generate impressions
• Maintain site content compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy
• Display ads only in approved zones and placements

5. Prohibited Content on Publisher Sites

Publisher websites may not contain, promote, or facilitate:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive software distribution
• Illegal content in the publisher's jurisdiction or target user jurisdictions
• Unauthorized copyrighted content at scale
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, or content targeting protected groups
• Other content categories prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy

6. Revenue and Payments

Publisher revenue is calculated based on ad delivery metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) as recorded by the Verity Ads platform. Verity Ads' records are the authoritative source for revenue calculations. Payment terms include:

8. Referral Program
