Advertiser Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an advertiser account on the Verity Ads platform, you ("Advertiser") agree to be bound by these Advertiser Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Advertisers must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Verity Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Advertising Content

Advertisers are solely responsible for all ad content submitted to the Verity Ads platform. Ad content must:

• Be accurate, non-deceptive, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain malware, unauthorized tracking, phishing, or malicious code
• Not promote illegal products, services, or activities
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and content guidelines
• Not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Include required disclosures for regulated categories (finance, health, gambling)

4. Prohibited Content Categories

The following content categories are strictly prohibited on the Verity Ads network:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Malware, ransomware, or any malicious software distribution
• Phishing and credential harvesting campaigns
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Content that violates applicable laws in the target jurisdiction
• Hate speech or content promoting violence against protected groups

5. Campaign Management

Advertisers may create, manage, and optimize campaigns through the self-serve platform. Verity Ads reserves the right to review, approve, reject, pause, or remove any campaign or creative that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

6. Billing and Payments

7. Traffic Quality and Fraud
