1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the content standards and prohibited activities that apply to all advertisers, publishers, and users of the Verity Ads network and platform. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Verity Ads Advertiser Terms and Publisher Terms.
2. Absolutely Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
🚫 Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting, sexualizing, or endangering minors
- Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, mass violence, or genocide
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, or any software designed to harm devices or users
- Phishing campaigns, credential harvesting, or identity theft operations
- Human trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation
- Illegal weapons including untraceable firearms or prohibited weapon modifications
3. Prohibited Advertising Content
Advertisers may not run campaigns that:
- Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about products or services
- Promote counterfeit goods or infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain fake news, fabricated testimonials, or impersonation of public figures
- Advertise illegal pharmaceuticals, unlicensed health claims, or unapproved drugs
- Promote pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities
- Use unauthorized tracking, clickjacking, or forced redirects
- Target minors with age-inappropriate content
- Violate applicable advertising regulations (FTC, ASA, GDPR, etc.)
4. Restricted Categories (Require Pre-Approval)
The following categories require explicit approval from Verity Ads compliance before campaigns can run:
- Adult content (18+) — only on approved adult publisher inventory
- Online gambling, sports betting, and iGaming (must hold valid license)
- Prescription medicines and medical devices
- Financial services and investment products
- Cryptocurrency and digital assets (case-by-case)
- Weapons, firearms accessories (legal items only, jurisdiction-restricted)
- Alcohol and tobacco products (age-gated, restricted geos)
5. Prohibited Publisher Site Content
Publishers may not operate sites that contain or facilitate:
- Any content listed in Section 2 (zero-tolerance prohibitions)
- Piracy, unauthorized streaming, or large-scale copyright infringement
- Sites primarily designed to generate artificial ad revenue (MFA sites)
- Sites that misrepresent their traffic, content category, or audience
- Sites using deceptive navigation or forced redirects to generate impressions
- Sites containing hate speech, targeted harassment, or content inciting violence
6. Traffic Integrity Requirements
All participants must maintain traffic integrity standards:
- Artificially inflating impressions, clicks, or conversions is strictly prohibited
- Using bots, click farms, auto-refreshers, or traffic exchanges is prohibited
- Incentivizing clicks or visits without disclosure is prohibited
- Publishers may not click on ads placed on their own properties
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in: account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of pending revenue, legal action, and/or reporting to relevant authorities. Verity Ads reserves the right to take action in proportion to the severity and nature of any violation.

9. Updates
This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
